Today we are going to interpret the return report of Amazon Fba. Return is an important indicator in operation. So we are going to look at how to view and analyze it briefly
When you come in, you can generate reports based on different filters that we can filter based on the seller's SKU, amazon order number, time period and so on
So we're going to query by date and select the last 30 days and then generate a report and you can see the date of the returned order the order number skU and the status of the returned item and the reason for the return and so on and we're going to look at the inventory properties and this shows the status of the returned item
Inventory attributes In addition to the state available for sale, the products returned by other inventory attributes are basically abandoned. You can refer to this table
Here we can only check the return status of each order. We'd better download the complete report for analysis by clicking on the download at the top
Then select the date that we want to see and I download a report from October to November and look at the selected date and then request to download the C, S and V file open the downloaded file and say that THE SKU and ASIN provinces have been processed by me ok the information here is the same as what you see in the background
It's just a table that can be filtered freely and it's much easier to analyze so let's select all the data and then insert it into the PivotTable for a simple analysis
Ok, let's first open the number of returned goods for each item. Select SKU by yourself and then select the number. It can be seen that there are 32 returned products, and 15 returned products
Then I want to know the condition of each returned product. I choose this detathediscuition so that we can see how many of each returned product are acceptable and how many are damaged by users
Cancel the detail distrition field and select the Reason field again so that you can see the number of refund reasons for each product buyer. You can see that there were two defective pieces of product N
There are, of course, many more dimensions to analyze
If we want to know the return rate we have to bring in the order data and analyze it together and we'll talk about it when we have a chance ok, have you got it? See you next time
