Today we are going to talk about the Amazon Logistics SKU, which is commonly known as the Amazon barcode
When we create a new product and select the FBA model, Amazon will assign an SKU bar code to our product for tracking the inventory of the product on Amazon. There are two kinds of products to buy. One is the manufacturer bar code starting with B zero and the other is the Amazon bar code starting with X zero
Upc or EAN code is created and you can use the upC or EAN barcode of the product to ship directly to the FBA warehouse
At the same time, the system will also assign ASIN starting with B and zero as SKU bar code. You can choose one of these bar codes to put the goods in fBA warehouse
But they can't appear on the product at the same time. Both of them are manufacturer's bar codes. But we need to pay attention to that when you use manufacturer's bar codes, if someone uses the same ASIN code as you and sends the product to the FBA warehouse, Amazon will send your product to different warehouses
When a buyer places an order, Amazon delivers the item to the customer from the warehouse closest to the buyer
So there will be buyers placing orders on your listing but not on your product and that will create uncontrollable risk
So let's go back to the Amazon bar which is automatically generated by Amazon and starts with x zero and this horse is directly associated with your seller'S SKU and not the same as any other seller
You don't have to share inventory with other sellers so I recommend using Amazon barcodes and we can set the default option for barcodes in the background
Select Amazon Logistics from the Settings menu and then go to the Amazon Product bar code preferences and click Edit
When you come in, you can select the default bar code option according to your requirements and then click Update to create a new item and it will be allocated according to this option
Ok, did you get it? See you next time
